Payment Information

We currently accept orders online paid for by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Solo, Visa Electron or Maestro (Switch), and Paypal. As an additional security measure to combat unauthorized card use we will also ask you to enter the last three digits of the number printed on the reverse of your card at the checkout (this is called the Security Number).

When you place your order you are automatically connected to our secure server using SSL 128 bit encryption, a closed padlock will show in your browser status bar to illustrate that you are now in a secure area. This means your personal card details are fully encrypted and remain secure across the internet and after they reach our order processing centre.

All prices shown are in £ (GBP) sterling, and include VAT at the current rate. Prices listed within the product database exclude any delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

We can only accept orders paid for in sterling for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Age Restricted Sales

Certain products sold on our website may be age restricted. Under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 knife sales and bladed items can only be made to persons over 18.

We are obliged to check the age of every person purchasing a knife or bladed item from us, whether it is a children's cutlery set or a carving knife.

If you pay by credit card, you will be over 18 since banks only issue credit cards to persons over 18. This also applies to sales where payment is made via Paypal.

Credit card payments will be fraud checked as explained above. These measures will prevent sales of knives to underage persons.
